Genesis Training Group were shortlisted for two achievements on the night: Small Business of the Year Award and Education & Business Partnership Award.
Genesis and the team are proud to celebrate our win of Small Business of the Year 2021.

After a very challenging 12 months, Genesis held an event in the Liverpool Town Hall to celebrate our achievements for both learners and staff during Year 2 of our Liverpool City Region AEB contract.
We were honoured to have the presence of Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram, representatives from the Liverpool City Region and Jobcentre Plus, partners and employers, as well as a selection of learners who have made significant progress on training courses, gaining employment with support from Genesis.
Leader of St Helens Council, Councillor David Baines paid a visit to our delivery site in St Helens today.
Genesis wanted to highlight some of the work that we do with learners within the local area, and to also discuss future development and partnership work within St Helens and Knowsley.
The Councillor spent some time with learners who were working towards their Functional Skills Maths and English qualifications.
Genesis hosted a very busy and successful jobs fair in The Venue, Huyton, as part of our sucessful employer engagement strategy.
With over 250 people coming through the door to meet the 20 employers all with live vacancies. Our dedicated 'Here to Help' team ensured all employers and learners were supported with all their needs.
Due to the success and turnout we will be hosting another one in the New Year.
